In order to be a servant leader, one needs the following qualities: listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, growth and building community.
One last thing, a servant leader is not just a boss or someone in charge of others. Servant leaders are everyone, parents, friends, even sales people.
